Welcome! We appreciate your cooperation in helping make this a safe and enjoyable sale for everyone.
Entry
The property will open to shoppers at 7:00 AM.
Please do not enter the property or begin shopping before 7:00 AM.
No items may be handled, selected, or purchased before the sale officially opens.
Sign-In
A sign-in sheet will be placed outside at 6:00 AM on a first-come, first-served basis.
We may limit the number of shoppers inside at one time for safety and comfort.
Safety
Enter the property at your own risk.
By entering the property, you assume all responsibility for your own safety.
We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage to persons or personal property occurring on or around the premises.
Item Sales
All sales are final.
All merchandise is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied.
No refunds, exchanges, or returns.
Large Item Purchases
Large items that cannot be removed immediately may be held only with a non-refundable deposit.
The agreed-upon purchase price is final once the deposit is accepted.
If the buyer fails to complete the purchase by the agreed pickup time, the deposit will be forfeited, and the item may be resold.
Loading Assistance
Please bring your own help for moving heavy or oversized items.
We may be able to assist with bringing items outside when possible, but buyers are solely responsible for loading, securing, transporting, and protecting their purchases.
Once an item has been purchased, responsibility for loss or damage transfers to the buyer.
Bags
For everyone's security, backpacks, large bags, and oversized purses are not permitted inside the sale.
Small purses and wallets are welcome.
Payment
Cash is preferred.
Venmo is accepted for larger purchases.
Please bring small bills if paying with cash.
Courtesy
This is a private residence. We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to anyone for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.
Please treat the home, staff, volunteers, merchandise, and fellow shoppers with respect.
Please do not block neighbors' driveways or mailboxes. Ample street parking is available.
