This in-person Estate Sale is scheduled for Thursday, April 23rd, 2026, between 8:00 A.M. and 1:00 P.M. A sign up sheet will be on the front door. Please use this as your placeholder in line. FYI Parking is limited on the street, please do not park in either side of the driveway of the home.

ITEM PICK-UP DETAILS

All items must be picked up and fully removed from the premises no later than 1:00 P.M. on Thursday, April 23rd, 2026.

REMOVAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Buyers are fully responsible for removing their purchased items during the designated sale time. Please make arrangements in advance to bring adequate help, tools, and materials to remove and transport your items safely.

Please be sure to collect all of your purchased items before leaving the property. Orange Blossom Auctions is not responsible for any items left behind.
