You can use our numbered card system on opening day to hold your place in line. Cards will be available for pickup Friday morning at 6:30am at this sale. One number per person. Please return at 7:45 AM for lineup on Friday morning. No overnight camping.

All items pictured will be available to the public starting 8AM Friday morning, with reduced and/or negotiable pricing on Saturday. Everything is sold on a first come first serve basis. No items will be held before the sale starts. You can claim larger items in the sale by pulling the index card price tag and letting our staff know. Please bring help for larger items.
All sales are Final No Returns

This is an Living Estate Sale owner is still on the property. Please do not open doors that are closed. There are items that will be marked NOT FOR SALE. Also, this is a townhouse so parking is very limited. Please do not block roads or driveways. There is stuff downstairs and upstairs and a side patio in garage.
