BRING YOUR OWN MANPOWER to remove all large items purchased. We do have manpower and delivery service available for a fee. All items are sold "AS IS." Please be advised that you enter at your own risk. TLC or homeowner are not responsible for any injury or liability that may occur on or before or during the estate sale. No dogs allowed except Certified Service Dogs which must be wearing the Official Service Dog Vest. Please watch your step when entering the home and exiting.
