Cash, credit/debit cards, for purchases over $25 only, no checks will be accepted. We charge sales tax. If you buy a large or heavy item, please bring help to get it into your vehicle. Grason's personnel are not allowed to move large items. Thank you for your understanding.

Hello friends, Grasons Co Pomona Valley is presenting you with another 2 day estate sale in Upland. This 2 day sale will be an in person sale at the home. This is an entire home of items. Please arrive early to get your name on the list. The home will be packed with items and shoppers.

The dates of the sale will be:

Saturday May 15 from 9:00am-1:00pm

Sunday May 16 from 9:00am-1:00pm 

Following the CDC guidelines Grasons staff will all wear masks and have their temperatures taken for everyone's safety.

ALL SHOPPERS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR MASKS AT ALL TIMES AND SIGN THE PROPERTY ENTRY CONSENT FORM.

If you are feeling ill please stay home. We will have hand sanitizers in multiple areas of the house.

WE WILL PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING SO PLEASE BE PATIENT AND WE WILL LIMIT THE NUMBER OF SHOPPERS IN THE HOME AT ANY ONE TIME.

Sign in sheet will be be available at 8:00am  Address will be posted at 6:00am Saturday morning.
