Terms: All stock available on a “first come, first served” basis. There are NO exchanges, returns, or refunds. We do not give out numbers or post a sign-up sheet for our sales as this is "BY APPOINTMENT ONLY" !! All stock is priced as marked and we accept offers that are reasonable. This event is open to the public. Please be prepared to remove your purchases before close of the sale. We also allow you to hold the items for 24 hours..We accept credit card and cash, but not checks. All sales are subject to 7.75% sales tax. Buyers submitting a legitimate Sales and Use Tax Permit (a.k.a. “Seller’s Permit”) or Tax Exempt Certificate are exempt from California sales tax. We ask that no large purses, totes or backpacks be brought to the sale site. Shopping bags, boxes, bubble wraps are not provided. Please bring your own packing supplies. We can ONLY reccomend delivery crew or and elecrician... however, you may bring your own. For large furniture must set appointment. This is an ongoing sale even after expiration Date.
