Please bring help to load large items. Grasons Co Estate Specialists and the homeowner are not responsible for accidents in or around the home. We charge sales tax. All items must be removed at the close of sale. Resale will be accepted only if a physical copy of the license along with a filled out and signed CDTFA-230 form is provided, and the number is verified to still be valid.
