BRING YOUR OWN HELP TO MOVE AND LOAD ANY OVERSIZED ITEMS PURCHASED. We do not provide movers or assistance moving your items out of the house. We do not lift, load or move heavy items. You must also bring your own tools, hand truck dolly etc. We do NOT provide tools. Large items may not be movable until the end of each sale day or if you speak with the Manager on site for assistance.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, AS WE ARE MOVING OUT OR STATE: Everything will be sold AS-IS. All sales are final. Be sure to examine all items carefully before paying for them. No refunds or returns. No exceptions. You are welcome to test the working condition of electronic items on site.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any person who is unreasonable, combative or verbally abusive to our staff.

Doors will open at the published time. When the sale starts, shoppers will enter according to their number, one number per person.

Public restrooms will NOT be available at the sale.
