Back in 1970 Skip and Sally Prusia moved into their beautiful home and raised their two children here. They grew lemons, avocadoes, vegetables, and had horses, dogs, and lots of chickens! Sally designed and skip built the rock pillars and corral, as well as the stained-glass features of the home. Skip traveled the world for business with Rain Bird International, and Salley worked in different capacities in the landscaping and irrigation fields, Sally and Skip enjoyed music, art and the outdoors. They loved to travel, attended the Monterey Jazz Festival on an annual basis, and actively maintained the grove and garden area of the home.
Sadly, this is the end of an era, and you will have a chance to come see this beautiful property which was also featured in the SHOWCASE Home in 1984 for the Children's Home Society. Your chance to purchase some of their treasures in which Skip and Sally took great pride in.
This amazing sale is packed with more than 60 years of collectables that were passed on from generations and from there travels from all over the world.
We will try and list some of the items of their collection which is endless.
There is a lot of pottery from local artist and far, dishes, glassware, silverplate, Decor art, lamps, clocks and Sally loved to collect. The rooms are all full. Furniture from primitive to Mid-Century.
