Estate Sale – Terms & Conditions

Payment
• Cash, Venmo, Apple Pay
• All sales are final; no refunds, exchanges, or returns.

Entry & Conduct
• We reserve the right to limit entry for crowd control.
• No early entry or pre-sales (doors open at 8am)
• Please be respectful of the property, neighbors, and other shoppers.

Parking
• Park legally and do not block driveways, mailboxes, or traffic.

Item Conditions
• All items are sold as-is
• No warranties or guarantees on any merchandise.
• Buyers are responsible for inspecting items before purchasing.

Loading & Removal
• Bring your own help to load large or heavy items.
• Bring your own tools, packing materials, or equipment if needed.
• Purchased items must be removed by the end of the sale day unless other arrangements are approved.

Liability
• We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, damage, or loss on the property.

Security
• Theft will be reported to law enforcement.

Holding Items
• Items may be held for a short time while shopping, but we reserve the right to return items to the sale floor if not purchased within the agreed time.

Children & Pets
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• No pets allowed

Pricing
• Negotiations may be accepted within reason
