• Be prepared, we are a CASH ONLY business and do not accept checks or credit cards. We will accept ZELLE up to $200.
• Please be respectful to your fellow shopper and our staff as we will refuse service.
• Please dress accordingly and be prepared to wait in line as we limit the amount of people into the property.
• All items must be picked up by close of sale.
• All items are to removed by buyer and all items are sold “AS-IS, WHERE-IS”

IMPORTANT NOTICE, MUST READ:
This sale is in a upscale senior gated community which frowns on estate sales. The gates will open after 8:30am and close at 11:30 at which time a gate monitor will be present to allow people inside the gate. As a condition of the sale, Movin’On has promised ALL customers will abide by all rules and show the upmost respect while in the community. ANY disrespect by ANY customer will result in a immediate trespass of the community and will be required to leave the property.
DO NOT ENTER THE COMMUNITY until 8:30am. You must park in an orderly and legal fashion, DO NOT BLOCK DRIVEWAYS, DO NOT LITTER, DO NOT USE LOUD VOICES.
Please do not enter property or line up before 8:30am
Please be aware the home is so full that a very limited amount of people (12) will be admitted at any one time. It is a first in-line, first inside policy. Customer list will removed and not honored. Unattended customer boxes or bags will be removed and discarded. Only 1 customer at a time to examine the jewelry and will need to sign up after entering the home.

There’s so many treasures there it would take days to make a list. Just look at all the pictures and see what we have!!
