• Safety and service is our top priority. Please do not block roads, driveways on sidewalks while parking. Do not enter property until 8:00 of sale date.
• Be prepared, we are a CASH ONLY business and do not accept checks or credit cards. We will accept VENMO up to $200.
• Please be respectful to your fellow shopper and our staff as we will refuse service.
• Please dress accordingly and be prepared to wait in line as we limit the amount of people into the property.
• All items must be picked up by close of sale.
• All items are to removed by buyer and all items are sold “AS-IS, WHERE-IS”

A clean and cool Vacaville estate with so many treasures that we will be adding more as the sale date gets closer. The sale contains furniture, bedroom sets, full garage, collectable art, full kitchen, mission style furniture, appliances, roto-tiller, Gas mulching machine, gas chipper, many hand tools many garden tools and much more!
