• Safety and service is our top priority. Please do not block roads, driveways on sidewalks while parking. Do not enter property until 8:00 of sale date.
• Be prepared, we are a CASH ONLY business and do not accept checks or credit cards. We will accept ZELLE up to $200.
• Please be respectful to your fellow shopper and our staff as we will refuse service.
• Please dress accordingly and be prepared to wait in line as we limit the amount of people into the property.
• All items must be picked up by close of sale.
• All items are to removed by buyer and all items are sold “AS-IS, WHERE-IS”
