• Safety and service is our top priority. Please do not block roads, driveways on sidewalks while parking. Do not enter property until 8:00 of sale date.
• Be prepared, we are a CASH ONLY business and do not accept checks or credit cards. We will accept ZELLE up to $200.
• Please be respectful to your fellow shopper and our staff as we will refuse service.
• Please dress accordingly and be prepared to wait in line as we limit the amount of people into the property.
• All items must be picked up by close of sale.
• All items are to removed by buyer and all items are sold “AS-IS, WHERE-IS”

All we can say is WOW!!! So much here that it would take days to list. So just look at our over 630 pictures and see for yourself what a super fantastic estate liquidation really looks like!! It’s so packed that we have no Holding area and it’s every person for themselves. Back packs are not allowed.
Please be aware the home is so full that a very limited number of people (15) will be admitted at any one time. It’s a first in-line, first inside policy. Customer list will be removed and not honored. Unattended customer boxes or bags will be removed and discarded.
