All sales are final and everything will be sold 'As Is'. Please be mindful if you must bring your children as there will be many breakables.
There will be NO large purses allowed in this sale. Boxes and baskets are ok. Shoplifters will be prosecuted. The house has been fully equipped with a recording security camera system and a monitored security alarm.
**We do NOT use lists. People will be let in order as they are in line, first come first served. You must be present and cannot hold your place in line with a box or other object. Please be kind to fellow shoppers and we will be able to move through the line quickly.
Please note, we try to provide and monitor as best as we can a “Holding Area” at each of our sales. However we are not responsible if another shopper manages to purchase an item that was on hold. If you are at all concerned about this happening we encourage you to purchase your items, carry them to your car and then continue shopping. Thank you ***

Tristan Estate Sales is excited to present this unique and fun estate sale to our customers! The Lady of the house was born and raised in Thailand where she met her husband in 1969 who was a Lieutenant Colonel fighter pilot for the US. He served 3 tours in Vietnam flying an F4. Later they lived for many years in England until they finally moved to Valencia where they raised their son. We have so many great items at this sale so don’t miss it!
*Clothing ~ There’s a huge selection of quality women’s clothing! You will find a great variety from formal Thai silk gowns, vintage clothing, modern clothing (much of which is new with tags), high end designer handbags (Coach, Michael Kors, and Gucci). We also have men’s United States Airforce flight suits, helmets, boots, formal wear, etc. We also have a Singer Genie sewing machine with sewing supplies
Jewelry ~ You will have a large choice of vintage and antique jewelry. There are GREAT pieces here. Many that came from Thailand and England. There’s many beautiful jade pieces, sterling, gold cocktail rings, ladies and men’s watches, and more!
*Furniture ~ This house was kept immaculately clean with no pets and there is very nice furniture here. There’s a great vintage Dinning table with a side buffet and china cabinet, furniture by Ethan Allen, very nice bedroom furniture, nice mattresses (Select Comfort Sleep Number), great bedding and pillows, barstools, and a nice sectional sofa.
