• Safety and service is our top priority. Please do not block roads, driveways on sidewalks while parking. Do not enter property until 8:00 of sale date.
• Be prepared, we are a CASH ONLY business and do not accept checks or credit cards. We will accept ZELLE up to $200.
• Please be respectful to your fellow shopper and our staff as we will refuse service.
• Please dress accordingly and be prepared to wait in line as we limit the amount of people into the property.
• All items must be picked up by close of sale.
• All items are to removed by buyer and all items are sold “AS-IS, WHERE-IS”

This liquidation sale is packed with so much that we’re not even going to try to make a list. So look at our over 400 pictures and check it out. Be sure to come back as more pictures will be added. The Estate is priced to sell and for those who are in-the-know, secret pricing will be on Fridays open.

Please be aware the home is so full that a very limited number of people (15) will be admitted at any one time. It’s a first in-line, first inside policy. Customer list will be removed and not honored. Unattended customer boxes or bags will be removed and discarded. Only 1 customer at a time to examine the jewelry and will need to sign up after entering the home.
