CASH ONLY -- Bring plenty....you won't regret it

Please wear masks inside this private home! We will also be limiting the amount of people in the sale at one time and we will open the garage and bring some items out to spread out the shopping area

No SMOKING in/on the premises of this residence.

No large bags or backpacks.

No strollers, baskets, wagons or push carts.

We do not quote prices before or during the sale by text, phone nor email - items are tagged and priced at the sale location.​

All children must be kept with the parent at all times.

All items are sold "as is" no returns or refunds. All sales are final - due to the nature of estate sales, we cannot/will not accept returns.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Be sure you have brought bags and boxes plus your own help to load items purchased. We do not provide help loading items.

We do not deliver items.

All items need to be picked up an hour before the sale is over that day or before the end of the scheduled sale.

We are not responsible for any accidents during the sale, enter at your own risk and be careful of your surroundings.

Be RESPECTFUL of the home and its contents, this is not a free for all. This is/was and will be someone’s home.
