COVID 19 GUIDELINES
G & G Estate Sales respects our clients’, buyers’, and shoppers’ health and well-being and will observe several restrictions and modifications for our onsite sales during the current CoVD-19 virus pandemic. The procedures and modifications are as follows:
1. We recommend shoppers and G & G associates wear a face mask during their stay in the home.
2. A limited number of shoppers are permitted in the home to allow for distancing.
3. If a line of people is waiting to enter the sale, please limit each shopping visit to 20 minutes. You may re-enter the sale after waiting in line again.
4. Physical distancing will be encouraged in the waiting line.
5. We do not create or keep any wait lists or sign-in sheets. Please practice courteousness to your fellow shoppers.
5. No public restrooms will be available.
6. Hand sanitizer will be provided for everyone to use.
7. G & G associates will not carry or load any purchases.
8. By attending this sale, you, the customer or shopper, agree to hold harmless the property owner(s), G & G Estate Liquidations, and their associates for any injuries, accidents, or illnesses that occur in association with this sale.
We recognize some of these restrictions can be frustrating, but by implementing them we aim for the safest sale possible. Honestly, if you are not feeling well, please stay home, take care of yourself and avoid spreading any illness to others.

A few reminders about this sale.
1) All sales are FINAL. No returns, no exchanges.
2) All sales are CASH ONLY.
3) All sales are FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED.
4) No returns, no exchanges.
5) Please be careful in and around the property. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for injuries or accidents.
6) Bring help for the larger items. This includes handtrucks or dollies and ropes or straps as well as additional people to lift the items.
7) Be considerate of the neighbors and other patrons when parking or loading your purchases.

Hello, and thank you for taking a look at this sale!  The hours for the garage are a little different from the rest of the sale.  The front part of the Garage opens at 12 noon on Friday.  The rear part of the Garage will open at 12 noon on Saturday along with the front part.

All other parts of the house will be open at 10 am and close at 5 pm every day.

This is the front of the house, so you know which house to visit!One of the display bookshelves available in the sale, along with stem glassware.This is the Noritake china, all ready for your next meal.A dark-wood short bookshelf with some of the kitchen appliances and supplies.Silver-plated silverware can be found in this phono, along with a wall table. Here is a picture of the plates and glasses, perfect for entertaining.This is the signed Mariana Cotten piece.This day bed and hidden trundle bed are in excellent shape.These are the holiday and Christmas decorations.This mirror is the real deal from the 1920s or 1930s.There are a pair of matching table lamps here, a couple of artistic decorative items, a two-masted model ship, and much more. The display cabinet could work for you.These two chairs are very comfortable with their striped upolstery. Come sit and try them out.This is the Melanie Taylor Kent artist proof "Statue of Liberty Centennial".Also by Melanie Taylor Kent, the "Return of the Cable Car" seriograph.Who doesn't need a little bit of Mickey Mouse nostalgia?There is a standing valet partially hidden under the jacket and in front of the clothes rack. The speakers are Acoustic, the stereo pieces are JVC and Yamaha. A pair of Bose speakers are also here, with the turntable on top.Ah, the Disney plush dolls. Surely you know someone who would want one or more of these.One of the dressers available in the sale. Plus more miscellaneous items in and around. Little treasures everywhere.This table hosts a collection of smaller items.This is one of the pair of matching cabinets.This is the other of the matching cabinets.Another of the dressers, different style, available in the sale.Office supplies can be found here. That chair on the right looks pretty comfortable.And this is the pool table with the rack, all the balls, and four cue sticks.The garage items are fairly well organized on various shelves and tool cabinets. This is the first picture, showing handheld power tools.More handheld power tools, including a miter saw.These aren't necessarily "garage" items, but there are a few items of interest.Tool cabinets usually contain tools. I know, what a silly concept: tools in the tool cabinet.Yet another tool cabinet, and a classic cutting board.Smaller tool chests are on top of the workbench.And the multitude of parts drawers. Oh, and a shop vac.Buckets and bins of larger parts. More buckets and bins on industrial-type shelves.There is at least one bicycle available in the sale.This is a big garage to have this many shelves.Very stylish western boots will add a dash of spice to your footwear.The chandelier is also available for sale.
