A few reminders about this sale.
1) All sales are FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED. If you find a list somewhere on the property, WE DID NOT CREATE IT and WE WILL NOT HONOR IT! Even if the page has our business name or logo on it, it is NOT ours.
2) No Trespassing. We reserve the right to refuse service to trespassers.
3) All sales are FINAL. No returns, no exchanges.
4) All sales are CASH ONLY.
5) No returns, no exchanges.
6) Please be careful in and around the property. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for injuries, illnesses, accidents, or traffic tickets.
7) Bring help for the larger items. This includes hand trucks, dollies, ropes, or straps, as well as additional people to lift the items.
8) Be considerate of the neighbors and other patrons when parking or loading your purchases.
9) Parking near the sale is your own responsibility and at your own risk. Parking in the driveway is generally not permitted.

1. We do not create or keep any wait lists or sign-in sheets, even if they have our business name or logo printed on them. Please practice patience and courteousness to your fellow shoppers.

While Covid transmission rates are greatly reduced, seasonal flu, colds, and other diseases are still out there. If you are experiencing any symptoms, feel free to wear a face mask and practice social distancing. If you have tested positive for Covid or are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms and insist on coming to the sale, wear a N-95 or KN-95 face mask. Or ask a friend to come in your place so you can stay home and rest. We are not responsible for any illnesses contracted during the sale.

Hello, and thank you for taking a look at this sale. We're expecting a good showing for our next Estate Sale. There are plans to drop more photos and descriptions this Tuesday/Wednesday, including items in the garage (THE GARAGE WILL OPEN AT 12 NOON ON FRIDAY). This sale has a number of recognized furniture brands like Ethan Allen, Lane, Heywood-Wakefield, American Country House, and H. C. Anderson (Denmark), and a set of Noritake china:

This table and chair set is Heywood-Wakefield, known for it's excellent design and quality.And here is their maker's mark.Here is a desk you could use that exudes style. Don't forget the lamp.This wall-mounted mirror will provide you years of reflections. And the small table below it is quite useful, too.This lighted display cabinet really creates a statement for the room and your collection, whatever that might be.The "Ethan Allen" stamp.Here we have a framed artwork, a Bose wave radio, and the table with two matching cushioned seats.This is the Victrola phonograph player, along with the lamp and a few framed art pieces on the wall behind.If the label looks this good, imagine how the unit plays!Here we have a mantel clock and two decorative, matching black candles with holders.This does make sense: circles, lots of them, all within the larger circle of the tabletop.The inscription says, "Snow Country by Okuyama".This time the words borrow a line from e.e. cumming's poem Let It Go. "Let all go dear so comes love."On this table are a number of kitchen appliances: a vacuum sealer, a Hamilton Beach mixer, a silver tea set, a Mr. Coffee, an ice bucket...all the fun stuff!Here we see one of two Noritake emblems from the dishes in the sale. Vintage Noritake china set with Morimura ‘M in wreath’ Japan backstamp, likely pre-WWII. Floral pattern with ornate metallic trim. Large matching service set including serving pieces. Appears to be in excellent condition.Sale PictureThis picture shows a few different dishes and sets: more Noritake, the blue glass (cobalt glass, if you prefer), a couple of Mikasa crystal pieces, and more.Here is the set of consumer audio equipment: the turntable, 5-disc CD player, double-cassette player, stereo tuner, stereo graphic EQ, and power amplifier. Off to the right is one of the Acoustic Research speakers.This is a better look at the Acoustic Research speaker.You can see a more modern desk and hutch here.This low table has some style and could be used in a variety of places.This sofa looks very comfortable, with low enough armrests even a tall person could nap on it.If you've been paying attention, you've seen this rug in other photos. But here is a better view.This six-drawer dresser appears to be from American Country House. Don't forget the mirror.This is the American Country House, Cherry by Morris mark.This photo, and the next one, show a pair of nightstands and lamps (and doilies if we're counting).See? Two nightstands, two lamps, two doilies. Come on by and see the pair of them, or the bed in between.Here we have the very useful headboard with sliding doors in front of the cubby holes. Oh, and notice the two framed art works on top.If you were expecting a more traditional cedar chest, I'm sorry to disappoint. Instead we have this Lane Furniture Company, mid-century modern cedar chest.This one still has the key envelope!Sewing is a really nice hobby and very, very useful. If you're just getting into it, consider this vintage Kenmore. Not fancy, but likely all metal and will last for a lifetime.Here are the shoes available in the sale. The boxes show size 8, 8.5, 9, and 9.5. Stop by to see the collection.Or if you would like to go truly vintage for your sewing machine, consider this treadle Singer sewing machine. Take a look for the round leather band that connects the lower wheel with the upper machine.There is no shortage of bedding in this sale, as can be seen on this bed.Here we have another photo of a mix of items you want to look through.The table has four legs and comes with a glass top. The lamp has three legs and may or may not have a glass top.This sofa also looks very comfortable, and is from Ethan Allen.This is the Ethan Allen tag for the sofa in the previous photo.If you needed a place to store your crystalware, consider this Heywood-Wakefield combination.See if in all the previous photos you can spot the piece of furniture this label goes with!
