Please bring your own assistance and tools if you are going to purchase any large/heavy items. You must remove your own items without causing any damage to home or property.
Leave your purses/backpacks in the car just bring your wallet.
Sign up sheet is placed outside at 6am, first come, first serve. We limit amount of shoppers in at a time.
This is a private home and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime, please be respectful of both property, staff and/or other shoppers at all times. Please be mindful of the neighbors and not block their driveways. There is plenty of parking on the street and there will be no worries for street sweeping.

House has security, cameras are up, all valuable items are removed at the end of the day. NO FUNNY BUSINESS!
We’re going to be packing up from 9am to 12pm, and you’re welcome to come shop then. A ton has sold but anything left will be heavily discounted. Last chance deals!
sold - Vintage Star Wars Figures - 90% or more are complete, and most importantly, they are in excellent Never Played with condition. Our client opened them up to use the proof or purchase and set them aside. Absolute no play time whatsoever. So if you're into grading figures, you're going to find some real gems here.

Everybody is welcome at our sales, you do not need to pre-register to attend, however there will be a sign up list to get in, as we have to limit how many people can go inside the home at once. The sign up sheet will be placed outside at 6am on the first day of the sale.
VIP SIGN UP INFO
For our more popular events where we expect a large crowd, such as this one, we do offer VIP sign up for those that follow us on IG and sign up for our mailing list. We designate the top 10 spots on our sign up sheet for our VIP customers, 5 for those on the mailing list and 5 for those that follow us on IG.
We will send out an email blast the week of the sale and the first 5 that respond back to the email get placed on the VIP list.
