Welcome to Harveys on Beverly on LiveAuctioneers. By accessing our website, mobile application, or using our bidding services, you agree to be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully. These Terms and Conditions, defined by Harveys on Beverly is an irrevocable contract between bidders, winning bidders, and Harveys on Beverly. Bidders accept and hereby comply with all TERMS AND CONDITIONS established by Harveys on Beverly upon participating in our auctions.

Final Sale Policy: All sales are final. Every item is sold "As-Is, Where-Is" with all faults. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to verify the condition, authenticity, and veracity of items prior to placing a bid. In the rare event that a return is authorized at the Auction House's sole discretion, a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Please note that the Buyer?s Premium and all shipping costs are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

Bidding

To ensure a secure bidding environment, we ask all participants to provide valid documentation for account verification prior to auction approval.

Lots in this auction may be offered with or without a 'Reserve.' A Reserve is a confidential minimum price below which the lot will not be sold. Items marked No Reserve have no minimum price and will be sold to the highest bidder regardless of the final bid amount.

Condition of Property: Standard of Sale: All items are sold "As-Is." The Auction House and its agents disclaim all liability for the correctness of descriptions, including but not limited to: origin, source, culture, age, and physical condition. No Warranties: No information provided in this catalog or elsewhere constitutes a legal warranty or representation of fact.Buyer?s Due Diligence: We strongly urge bidders to personally inspect lots of interest. By bidding, you acknowledge that you are relying entirely on your own inspection and evaluation.

The highest bidder, as determined by Harveys on Beverly, shall be the purchaser. In the case of a disputed bid, the auctioneer shall have sole discretion in determining the purchaser and may also, at his or her election, withdraw the lot or reoffer the lot for sale. The auctioneer shall have sole discretion to refuse any bid or refuse to acknowledge any bidder.

Should the purchaser breach any obligation herein, specifically the requirement to pay the full purchase price for all successful bids, Harveys on Beverly shall be entitled to all remedies available by law. These remedies include, but are not limited to: (a) the cancellation of the sale and the forfeiture of payments made to satisfy damages; and (b) the resale of the property at public auction without reserve. The purchaser shall be liable for any resulting financial deficiency and all costs and expenses related to such breach and subsequent sale.

Payment

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars, and invoices must be paid in full. Harveys on Beverly reserves the right to hold merchandise until funds have successfully cleared.
Payments for all purchases must be made directly to Harveys on Beverly immediately upon receipt of the invoice, which is issued the day following the auction. Buyers are required to remove all merchandise within 14 business days. Chairish Auctions assumes no liability for damage to any property left on the premises beyond this 14-day period.

When you win an item, we will send you an invoice for it. If you have a credit card on file with LiveAuctioneers, it will be charged the balance on the invoice within 24 hours after the invoice is sent.

A premium equal to 10% of the final bid price will be applied to each lot sold, to be paid by the buyer as part of the purchase price. There is no additional processing fee.

Shipping & Pickup

Harveys on Beverly will contact the winning bidders with shipping details directly from the auction house following the sale. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs specified in the listing, along with any relevant taxes, duties, or international fees. For deliveries outside the Continental U.S., the Harveys on Beverly team can provide introductions to global parcel or white-glove shipping partners upon request. We are not responsible for Import Fees.

For standard-size items, UPS Ground is used for most shipments, with blanket wrap services used for larger art and furniture pieces. Most standard orders ship within 1-2 weeks after payment. Furniture and larger items may take 2-8 weeks or longer for shipping. Local Pickup in the Los Angeles area (zip code 91405) is offered at no Charge.

At the purchaser?s request, Harveys on Beverly may assist with packaging and delivery arrangements. In these instances, all packaging, handling, and transit are at the purchaser?s sole risk. Harveys on Beverly assumes no liability for loss or damage. All expenses?including labor, materials, carrier fees, and insurance?must be paid in advance. Please provide at least 72 hours' notice for all collections and deliveries. The purchaser is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits or licenses; failure to do so is not grounds for cancellation. Harveys on Beverly will not cancel a sale due to shipping issues. If items are returned due to an incorrect address or shipping error, the buyer is responsible for all return fees and second-shipment costs. Any discretionary refunds granted will have shipping and administrative fees deducted as services rendered.

Bidding on any item indicates your acceptance of these terms and all other terms printed within, posted, and announced at the time of sale.

All sales are final, and no refunds will be granted.
