Estate Sale - Van Nuys

Hi Everyone,

First I would like to take a minute to apologize to everyone who came to our Granada Hills sale. Our client's had a heavy hand in directing the pricing we had to use so we did the best we could in a bad situation. Got most of it sold but it wasn't to our usual standards.

BUT....... we have a really good sale for you this time in Van Nuys. This lady used to be a part of Beacon Hill Antiques so some of you might know of her. We have been hired to liquidate her entire estate in Van Nuys.

There are things that came out of her home and store.

Costume jewelry, sterling silver, molds from the 1800's, 9 cast iron framed beds (most have original rails), lots of glass, pottery and porcelains, again some come from the 1800's. clothing, and it looks like we will have an entire sewing room! Complete with sewing machines, yes machines, lots of material, and a quilt or two.

Many primitives in furniture and old pine cabinets. Some kitchenware, a 150 year old Japanese Silk in Rosewood framed picture of a Geisha lady, art and art supplies, 2 cast iron day beds, and a bunch of old cement patio statuary and 2 iron pots on pedestals for the patio.

There are some paintings in the house which we are still researching but this looks to be a wonderful sale, with a garage full and many items for everyone to enjoy.

AND, we have full control of the house so things will get back to normal.

We have many primitive 1800's furniture pieces. Some need restoration but if you are into restoring old furniture, come and get it. We have some store display cabinets also from her store.

White wicker furniture from the old spring bottom era. Some needs to be restored.

We have about 7 or 8 old quilts and also quilt pieces ready to be sewn into your own quilt. Thread, needles, 3 sewing machines and material.

Full kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, china and more.

Old lamps, several nice oil paintings, some painted by her famous grandfather. Art and Art supplies plus a large easel. 

Metal painted watering cans, old metal pitchers, lots of old blue willow china, a turn of the century amo pouch, old 50's plastic table top radios, games (old and complete)

1 Lladro and 1 Royal Doulton figurine, books, cook books, collectible books, old books and more.

Full garage, all kinds of garage items. Great halloween collection, 

Strasborg sterling silver set, lots of plants, 9 cast iron beds, lots of plants including orchids, garden statuary and iron pedestal plant stands. 

This is a fun sale, lots of variety and something for everyone.

As usual, there are no presales, no earlybirds and especially no lists or numbers.
