Buyers are responsible for inspecting items before purchase.
No guarantees are made regarding authenticity, functionality, or completeness unless explicitly stated.

5. Holding Items
No holds without payment.
Paid items must be picked up within the agreed timeframe.

6. Large Item Removal
Buyers are responsible for moving and transporting large items.
Please bring appropriate tools and help.
Removal must occur within designated pickup times.

7. Entry & Conduct
Entry may be limited to control crowd flow.
No large bags allowed inside (if applicable).
Theft or disruptive behavior will result in removal from the premises.

8. Liability Waiver
By entering the property, you agree that:
You are entering at your own risk.
The estate sale host and property owner are not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages.

9. Children & Personal Belongings
Children must be supervised at all times.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.

10. Sign-Up Lists / Early Access
If a sign-up sheet is used, it will be honored in order.
No guarantees of item availability.

11. Respect for Property
This is a private residence. Please be respectful of the space, neighbors, and community.

12. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including safety or policy violations.
