All attendees agree to assume all the risks associated with attending estate sales and will further hold harmless Mooradian Liquidations, the estate owner and home owner for slipping, falling and / or any other accident that may occur on the premises.

By entering the sale premises all attendees agree to be courteous and careful with breakable items and assume the risks of removing any item after purchase. Attendees are responsible for any damage done to the home by their movers. All sales are final - no refunds. Exchanges may be made at our discretion. That said - come on by and enjoy!
