RAIN OR SHINE INDOOR SALE.. CASH ONLY!!!!..No Sign up sheet! Doors open promptly at 8am and close 2 pm! Must bring your own help for loading!!!
We have one entrance and one exit. Guard on duty at all sales...No large bags or Backpacks permitted. No strollers in home, and children must stay with you at all times. No pets allowed.
Terms & Conditions: All items are as seen, as found. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! There are no guarantees on any items!! No returns after purchased. We reserve the right to refuse selling to anyone. There are no public restrooms. Home is not handicapped accessible. Please be advised you enter at your own risk. Homeowner is not responsible for any injuries, or accidents that may occur on/or near sale premises. We only will hold items for 1/2 hour for you to make a bank run. We do not offer delivery services. Please bring your own help for loading your purchases of large items!! Bring boxes, bags and wrapping material. Please be prepared to remove your purchases before end of the day. Thank you so much for looking.
