This estate sale is taking place on the ancient meeting grounds of the Chumash Indians overlooking the Pacific Ocean at CRYSTAL HAWK.
A 20 foot tall Totem pole tribute to the history of the Chumash Nation will greet you as you walk into this gated residence. It will be a site to behold.

Note: THIS IS A NARROW RESIDENTIAL STREET. DRIVE SLOWLY AND CAREFULLY. Parking is on one side of the street closest to the residences. Do not park on the other side of the street. Please park respectfully and do not block any driveways. BRING WALLETS ONLY. NO BAGS - NO PURSES - NO BACKPACKS - NO EXCEPTIONS.

NO FINE JEWELRY WILL BE AT THE RESIDENCE PRIOR TO THE SALE. ALL JEWELRY IS SECURED BY BLACK BADGE SECURITY AND WILL BE DELIVERED ON FRIDAY & SATURDAY BY OFFICER PERRY. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN BUYING JEWELRY - PLAN TO ATTEND THE SALE ON FRIDAY OR SATURDAY AS NO FINE JEWELRY WILL BE ONSITE AT THE SALE ON SUNDAY.
