NOTE: The sale is on one of the lanes close to the beach. Parking is practically non-existent at the end so please please park on Pierpont and walk down. If big items are purchased, you will be allowed to get your car and come back for pickup. If you want to stroll the Beach after you shop, we will safeguard your purchases for you. The house is steps from the beach.

Now for the sale info.

The clients traveled extensively, especially to Panama. They were local high school teacher and members of the Audubon Society. There are items in the sale from his father, who was a Mason and Optician in the 1920s.

The husband was not only a teacher but a Magician and belonged to the Magic Castle!
