All items are sold as found and "as is". All sales are final. No returns.
You will need to make arrangements to load large items. Same day pickup by you, your help, as we cannot do this for you. If your large items are not picked up we will donate them and no refunds will be issued. Also, any large items, you move at your own risk. Bring help and your truck. Thank you.
