Credit card/Venmo payment is available.

All items are sold as found and "as is". All sales are final. No returns.

You will need to make arrangements to load large items. Same day pickup by you, your help, as we cannot do this for you. If your large items are not picked up we will donate them and no refunds will be issued. Also, any large items, you move at your own risk. Bring help and your truck. Thank you.

WOW. We are discovering more and more and have extended the sale to three days. Signed Gloria Vanderbilt photo+, baseball and other sports memorabilia, matchbox cars, antique books and much more. Being a sports writer we have loads of press passes and other highly collectible items. In addition,
this couple were major philanthropists and supporters of the arts, Harmony House, museums, etc. An amazing life was lived by both and their collection is incredible.

Please look at the photos as there is so much incredible art. Chicano art, aboriginal art, sculptures, actually amazing sculptures and much more! We have five African sculptures/carvings (with bases made by Michele Chapin of Ventura). please see the photos. 

This immaculate home is filled with furnishings everything that you would find in a home, garage and backyard. Loads of garden items don’t miss a sale it’s really a good one!
