This was not moved off site to a warehouse it is being held on site at the place the business of old time local dealer collector. This is a cash only sale with the exception if you didn't bring enough cash we will take cash app, chime for venmo. We prefer that you go stop at the ATM around the corner and get cash please. This is a private emergency sale to help someone in the estate community get through some rough times. The owners of the property are not liable for any problems or issues that may rise from the sale. If your car gets towed because you parked over and the other businesses area that is not going to be something we can deal with. Park to the West when you pull in the driveway veer to the left. Have respect for everybody around you have respect for the merchandise please do not tear through stuff that you're not interested in to get to something you like causing damage as you go you will be asked to leave. There's plenty to dig through there's plenty to buy for resale with plenty of room on the other end. It only takes 5 minutes to get to an ATM on foot from here so there and back in a car at the most 10 minutes if you find out you're short on funds I will hold items for 30 minutes after 30 minutes they go back up for sale because the ATM is that close.

Bring your own boxes if you want or some type of cart like people use it swap meet there will be somebody standing at the hold area. This is going to be a chaotic random sale with no rhyme or reason. The last thing I'm going to mention is one nice Persian rug and one amazing Persian rug with the exact colors everybody's always looking for and beautiful condition.
