Sign in list will be posted. We usually allow everyone in, however this sale is space constrained and we may need to limit customers to 25 at a time.
There is NO Guest parking in the complex DO NOT block resident driveways or streets in the community. Best place to park is on the main road right outside the complex plenty of parking there. If you make large purchases we will allow temporary load in parking at garage level.
The home is small and not attached to the garage. We will likely have 2 lines which will allow us to have more customers come in.

DECADES OF COLLECTING, THIS IS A DEEP ONE in VENTURA. A collector with a great eye is selling everything. We will be uploading photos daily as we continue to work the home. Some basic details to start with--

The VW is not running. Has some recent refurbs like new gas tank. TITLE IS CLEAN. Has some extra parts like hood. Buyer will need to tow it, it has a tow bar attached see photos.

Again, we will be loading more and more photos over the next 2 weeks, please check back periodically. We have hundreds of photos of what's in the home which may likely not make it onto .net, so please check CL also, or we can email you some more, time permitting.
