This is an estate sale NOT a yard sale. All prices are reasonably priced under retail value no stories. I am hosting this for a client. Please respect the fact that this is not my stuff.
If you plan on purchasing furniture, please be prepared to move it. I will have help on hand, but help is limited. I will have a dolly onsite for your use. Delivery of large items is available if you do not have a way to get it home. Ask us details at the sale!.
We do take tap pay but cash is our preferred method of payment. If using a card you will be charged a 2% transaction fee.
Sunday all marked items will become 1/2 off. No discounts until Sunday!
