There will be a list on the morning of the sale, once you place your name on the list, you must remain at the property, with no exceptions. If you leave you will be moved to the bottom of the list when you return.

The terms for purchase of the 1960 Open Wheel Roadster Race Car are as follows:
This is a completely as-is sale, no exceptions.
The buyer will pay for all registration fees & transportation fees
All bids will be collected on or before Sunday December 11th at 2pm.
Live auction begins on Saturday 11am.
All bids shall be submitted to True Legacy Homes in person at the Estate Sale or via email to office@truelegacyhomes.com
On Sunday at 3pm the buyer will be selected
True Legacy homes and the current owner of the 1960 Open Wheel Roadster Race Car reserve the right to select the buyer at their discretion
On Monday December 12th, escrow will be opened and the buyer will be required to provide proof of funds by end of day
Escrow office will be the seller’s choice
The buyer and seller will each pay their own side of the escrow fees
On Tuesday December 13th, the buyer shall send all necessary funds to escrow and sign all contracts and paperwork
If the buyer fails to provide proof on funds on Monday or wire all funds to escrow by the 13th, escrow will be cancelled and a new buyer selected

This time we had the privilege and honor to do a sale for Skip Hedrich family who ran in the 60s as an IndyCar driver, and he rebuilt it for 15 years. In addition; he broke the land speed record with another car he built. Skip loved being in his car on the grid with the rest of the Vintage Indy car owners and watching them run. “ Skip continued to refine his craft by working for some of the best Championship car chassis builders in the trade. Quinn Epperley, who built the chassis that Jim Rathmann drove to Second behind Sam Hanks in 1957, hired Skip, as well as Lujie Lesovsky, another supreme metal shaper. "I'd work for Epperley on a project, then Lesovsky. I had a full-time job at Racing Associates, which was owned by Ebb Rose, who owned Rose Truck Lines. We went to Indy in 1962 where Ebb finished 14th." “Motortrend.com “ After that, he rebuilt his race car with the number and name 86 Ebb Rose race car. Also, we have so much to offer at this house.
