This home has been vacant for 18 years and the owner is clearing everything out due to the home being sold. Everything goes . People will be on the premises 24 hours. So not disturb the owners. The home is under partial construction. Feel free to bring gloves and mask.

no sign up sheet will be used as we will just have you line up before the sale starts. This home was vacant for 18 years and it’s a third generation home. Grandparents, parents and now kids. The seller of the home lives in Greece on an island. The home is a bit dusty and many items throughout the home, garage and yard. So many items from world travelers in the family we can’t price or display everything. You will be picking through drawers,boxes and rooms for unique antique finds. We have rosewood, teak MCM, Italian furniture, vintage clothing, museum of modern art pieces, 1974 Land Cruiser sport, 1970 Chevy C 20 pickup, lots of pottery, inside and out. So many items , I can’t list them all. This is an estate sale you don’t want to miss. The family was born in Greece, lived in Newyork, then North county SanDiego and back to Sardinia. Oil paintings, stereo equipment, crystal, the first family owned a mine so we have some crystals and rocks. Soooo much and everything needs to go.please help us clear out this home.
