50% off sale starts tomorrow! Friday and Saturday we will be running sales all day. Most everything will be half off! Large items (such as furniture, art and jewelry) will be discounted by discretion per the owner. This sale accepts cash and credit cards (VISA, MC, DC) of amounts over $20. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! We ask that you do not bring backpacks or large bags into the sale. We will ask you to return them to your car. Please bring your own muscle for moving large objects, we are not always available to help carry items. We cannot be responsible for items left after Saturday, the final day, unless you have made prior arrangements. We are also not responsible for any accidents or injury during the sale as you enter at your own risk. For any further questions or information, please visit our website at . There will be a sign in sheet that we will put out by 8:00am on Wednesday morning. If customers have made their own sign in sheet before that time you will be responsible to get your name on our official sign in sheet which is the only sign in sheet we use.

Remember this is an estate sale, where the things being sold are vintage or antiques and used. Items are sold "as is". We do our best to check over all items, but please always thoroughly double check your items before purchasing, as "All Sales Are Final".

Valuables and jewelry are kept off site when the sale is closed.

This sale is the second part of a sale we previously had hosted earlier this year, but it is all fresh items! All the items here have been collected by a local collector/dealer who has amazing taste. She has cleared out more storage so we have emptied over 150 boxes of fresh and amazing vintage items. The last sale went great and many have been anxious for the next one, so do not miss it!
