Buyer is responsible for removing and loading purchases. Unfortunately, we are unable to help with this.
NO LARGE PURSES/BACKPACKS/ETC. We don't allow big purses, backpacks, etc. inside the house. We strongly recommend bringing your own bags/boxes for packing your treasures and you can leave them outside the door on the wheelchair ramp.
While the house is a single story and very safe, you will entering AT YOU OWN RISK! We are not liable or responsible for accidents.

Please be mindful when parking, as to not block our wonderful neighbor’s driveways. It's a quiet neighborhood and we ask your courtesy and respect for the neighbors.
