These items are pickup only, however, if there's something you can't live without and it's on the smaller side, (must fit in a standard USPS box) we can arrange to ship your item(s), buyer to pay for all shipping fees. Buyer must also reach out to TJDGs ASAP after auction ends to request shipping assistance.
The Pick-up Days for this sale will be on Thursday February 23rd, 2023 from 9AM - 11AM; Sunday, February 26, 2023 9am - 12pm; in Walnut Creek.
A Calendly link will be sent to you once your invoice has been paid, so that you can schedule a time to pick-up your items. Please do not bid if you are unable to pick up on the stated days and times, you may send someone in your place. 15% Buyers Premium and CA Sales Tax added to all invoices. There will be a 40% re-stocking fee on all non-payments. Failure to pick up item(s) on stated pick up days or times will result in your items being forfeited and disposed accordingly. Absolutely no refunds. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
Auction will start to close Tuesday, February 21st, 2023 at 7pm. Remember, we'll be adding items daily, so make sure you check back often.

We've been busy working on a fun estate in Walnut Creek. The owners are in their 90's and looking to downsize, and have lived in this lovely home since 1963. If you liked the Brady Bunch, and Mike Brady, you're going to love this collection, owner was an architect and worked on some very fun projects in the area and in his own house, very interesting details. His wife was a high school principal and they raised a daughter in this home and also owned land close by where they raised horses. Their Great-grandfather taught at Nan-King University and the family shares an appreciation for travel, history and art.
This collection features a lot of Travel Art Posters/Art, Antiques and Collectibles, MCM, Sterling Silver, Stamps, MCM furniture, Madame Alexander Dolls, Beanie Babies) Very Old Books, Vintage Clothing/Ties, Architects tools, School Desk, Stereo Tuners, Puzzles and Board Games from the 60's, Home Decor, Outdoor furniture and so much more!
We’ll be dropping new items daily until our auction closes, so make sure you keep checking back to see what new items have been added.
