Please show common courtesy while visiting the estate and the neighborhood.
Due to instances of theft we ask that you leave all purses at home.
No large jackets are allowed in the home.
Tote bags and boxes will be subject to search upon exiting.
Bring your own manpower for loading bulk items within the hours of the sale.
If you purchase appliances you must bring the tools to remove item.
We are not responsible for accidents.
We will not honor holds on items.
Numbers will be available at 6am the day of the sale at entry location.
First come first serve. No waiting lists will be honored.
We do not give pricing over the phone or email.
