Due to heat there is many items left, starting at 9am Sunday, everything is half price. Dont miss the opportunity to get some great stuff!!! Boy do we have a great house for you! It has taken many days with extra help to get through all the stuff the owner saved for the last 50 years. I don’t think he threw anything away so there are many treasures to be had! It has been a true treasure hunt getting it ready for you and now it’s time for you to have a ball.

Lots of Asian, Polynesian, Western, Native American items, office items, furniture, nic nacks, kitchen, ephemera, and garage items, and TONS OF MINIATURES, houses, people, animals, LOOK AT THE PICTURES!

There are so many midcentury items from furniture, lamps, ceramics, figurines we had a room just for that but it overflowed all over the house. THERE ARE NO EARLY SALES AND WE DO NOT GIVE PRICES OVER THE PHONE. THERE IS NO SAVING AN ITEM FOR A CERTAIN BUYER, WE DO NOT DO THAT, WE PREFER TO MAKE IT FAIR TO ALL.

Please bring your patience, we are allowing 30 in and thats including garage. It is a smaller home and with the amount of items here, will take you some time to go through. Anyone that doesn’t make the first 30 we apologize. We will try to keep the payment line moving to get you in as quickly as we can.

CASH ONLY. We do take deposits on large items though. BRING YOUR OWN BOX, WE BELIEVE YOU WILL NEED ONE WITH SO MANY GREAT ITEMS! We would also appreciate it if you wrapped your own items, it will be too crazy to do that for you at least in the first few hours.

Security at the door, we reserve the right to ask anyone at any time to leave and will help you do so, this is private property, you are a guest in this home and expect you to act like it. Do not be rude when parking, do not block driveways. This neighborhood has security patrolling and is in a Home Owners Ass. they will not hesitate to tow your car, we have told them that we will obey their rules to have this sale!

Entering this home means you understand that the owner nor us are liable for anyone falling or slipping.

Please be careful walking up the sidewalk, it is slightly uneven in areas.
