THIS WILL BE A BY APPOINTMENT ONLY SALE, AS PER THE CONDOMINIMUM RULES. I AM SORRY BUT THAT'S THE WAY IT HAS TO BE. I WILL BOOK A COUPLE OF APPOINTMENTS PER 1/2 HOUR AS TO KEEP NOISE AND TRAFFIC DOWN. Cash and Venmo and PayPal (3% charge) only There is no charge for using cash. You enter the home at your own risk. Neither Neal Geyer or company Starbazaar, or the homeowners accepts ANY liability for accident, injury, or catastrophe. You enter the home at your own risk and all employees of said companies and individuals are indemnified against all claims. You will be most appreciated if you if you are wearing a mask, and practicing social distance.
Please be quiet and respectful to the neighbors . Please park in legal spots as well.. Don't want anyone getting towed away.
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BOXES AND PACKING MATERIALS. NO LARGE BAGS WILL BE ALLOWED IN. Please leave all larges bags and purses in your car....

Lovely family home. Owners are moving to new digs and almost EVERYTHING will be for sale. This is a "no nonsense" sale and we will sell everything. There is a great variety of items throughout the house. Browse the pictures and you will see that the house is packed, from the kitchen to the garage. Call me at 425-445-1025 to book an appointment on Friday 9 to 3 and Saturday from 9 to 3.
