This is a Private Sale - List will be available starting 7am - clipboard available for a list. Security will be present. Limited number allowed in at a time.

PRESALE available on furniture and art. Serious buyers please contact us if interested to see the furniture ahead of the sale. There will be no shopping of any other items ahead of sale on site so do not use this as an opportunity for preview. Only furniture and pieces noted below are available for pre-sale offers. Pickup times for furniture will be scheduled separate from sale or on last day of sale AT END OF DAY. We will not allow furniture to be moved out during the sale.

Cash or Zelle accepted. No bags, purses or boxes allowed - only CLEAR bins will be allowed into the house. We have baskets you can borrow as well. Neither the homeowner nor any staff working the sale are responsible for any accidents. Please be careful and enter at your own risk!

Art Deco dream. Lifetime collector of beautiful art pieces, art deco and art nouveaux decor and collectibles along with furniture including multiple 1930’s Art Deco Wardrobes and side boards. Owner is Downsizing but has not moved out so multiple rooms will be off limits.

Amazing vintage clothing - 60s 70s very fun shoes (Size 9 / 10) clothing almost all small to medium. Great evening wear and fun dress up pieces. We will post pictures of clothing closer to sale date.

Art Deco Furniture is in great to excellent shape. 2 of the wardrobes have been modified with cut outs in the back for TV's. There are multiple pieces that we are accepting pre-sale offers on.
