Welcome to our sale! We’re so glad you’re here. Before entering, please take a moment to read the following terms and conditions:
* All sales are final. All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no refunds, returns, exchanges, or warranties of any kind.
* Please enter at your own risk.
* Estate sale shopping can include stairs, uneven surfaces, fragile items, heavy furniture, and busy spaces. By attending this sale, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with being on the property.
* By entering, you agree to hold harmless Perfect Echo, the homeowner, and sale staff from any injury, damage, loss, accident, or theft that may occur while attending the sale.
* We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items, including bags, purses, wallets, or phones.
* Theft of any kind will be taken seriously and prosecuted.
* Please leave large bags at home. Shopping bags will be provided for your convenience.
* Bring help to load large or heavy purchases. We offer self-service pricing, and staff may not be available to assist with moving furniture or oversized items.
* We gladly accept Cash, Zelle and Venmo.
*Entry numbers will be handed out at 6:00 AM on the first day of the sale for those waiting in line.
* Please be kind, patient, and respectful to fellow shoppers, neighbors, and staff.

This estate sale honors the beautiful life of a mother of 4 and creative spirit. An old-school professional pattern maker, doll dresser, spiritual soul, and massage therapist whose life was rooted in faith, kindness, and the healing power of music. One of her daughters was so inspired and decided to add her own collection of travel souvenirs and retro clothing.
The collaboration will show their warmth, artistry, survival and devotion to uplifting others are reflected throughout this extraordinary assortment of antique sewing and pattern-making tools, vintage sewing supplies and notions, sewing machines, cook books, and thoughtfully gathered treasures that will especially speak to vintage textile lovers, doll collectors, designers, and dedicated makers.
