We look forward to offering you a quality shopping experience. This newly remodeled home is for sale and we kindly ask that you please slip on the booties provided over your shoes. All items are available on a "first come, first served" basis. All sales are final; no exchanges, returns or refunds; no exceptions. A hold table will be provided while you look inside the home. For purchases under $500 we accept cash payment. Credit cards are accepted for purchases over $500 and a 3% fee will be added. We kindly ask that you be prepared with your own boxes for gathering. Bags and purses are not allowed inside the home, only wallets, so please leave them in your car.

Please form a line the morning of the sale as numbers are not provided in advance. All items are offered "as is" and "where is." I’m sorry but we do not provide staff for heavy lifting and loading of furniture. For your convenience and safety, we are glad to refer a service that can make deliveries with whom you can schedule and confirm pricing on your own with the driver.

You must be prepared to remove your purchases before close of the sale Saturday, May 14 by no later than 4:00pm. We are not responsible or liable for any accidents on site so please enter at your own risk.
