All merchandise sold as is and not returnable after purchased. No children under 18 unless in hand of parent. Please bring your own boxes and wrapping paper as well as the ability to package your own purchases. Be ready to wait in line to pay for your purchases and ask for checkout number upon your arrival. We accept all forms of credit cards. We do not give out prices before the sale so please don't ask. We also don't sell items outside of the sales event. Description & Details

The prettiest and sweetest collection you will ever see at an estate sale. This little lady lived each day to the fullest. She kept and cared for three generations of collectibles so expect items from 1860s to the 1960s some in good shape and some well loved. She had the largest and greatest frog collection we have ever come across. There are literally over 1,000 frogs for sale and some are tiny some are HUGE and furniture pieces!

She hoarded costume jewelry; some of it very old and beautiful some of it silly. We will have lots of glass and furniture as well as records and books. She had a beautiful and spotless home thanks to a doting daughter and son in law who cared for her until her recent departure. The house will also be for sale after we empty it and we will have the realtor's information on hand.

Fair pricing 9am-12noon, half price 12 noon 3pm and boxlot 3pm-4pm when donation and free items will go from garage and driveway. No trash or garbage at this house so come in sandals and feel safe!
