1. All Sales Are Final. NO Returns. All items sold as is and were found with no guarantees or warranties.
2. CASH - plus Pal Pay, Zelle, Credit and Debit Cards are accepted for purchases over $10.00. (Sales Tax Collected)
American Express and Checks are not accepted.
3. You enter at your own risk – The property owner and/or Estate Sale Angels and all team members, are not responsible for any injury or accident on or near this property.
4. Please do not block neighbor’s driveways and pay careful attention to parking signs.
5. We offer pre-sales for items to known dealers.

We have a King bed with mattress, wardrobe, dressers, night stands, coffee table, desk, Wingback chair, wardrobe and other furnishings. There are paintings, curios, collectibles, mid century art pottery, a Surfboard Chandelier, jewelry, lots of great designer clothing, computer, bicycle, knick - knacks, tools, patio furniture, plants and garage items.
We also have a garage BBQ, and kitchen items for sale.
