Legacy Liquidation Estate Sale

Everything must go. All items are sold as-is, where-is, with all faults. All sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits will be issued for any reason.

Buyers are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase and determining condition, suitability, and value. Payment is due at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods: cash or Zelle

All purchased items must be removed from the property within a reasonable timeframe. Large items (including furniture and appliances) must be picked up no later than June 30. After this date, items may be considered abandoned with no refund or credit issued.

Buyers are responsible for all packing, loading, and transportation. No assistance will be provided for moving or disassembly.

By entering the premises, all attendees acknowledge and agree that they do so at their own risk.

The property owner, estate representatives, and organizers assume no responsibility or liability for any injury, accident, loss, or damage that may occur on the premises. This includes, but is not limited to, slips, trips, falls, and injuries related to merchandise handling or removal.

By attending the sale, all visitors agree to release and hold harmless the property owner and all representatives from any and all claims arising from participation in this event.
