PLEASE READ OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE...
o We may limit the amount of people in the home at one time.
o There will be only one entrance and exit so please be careful of others.
o Please form a single line. We don't do sign in sheets. Tickets passed out one half hour before sale.
o NO holding items.... We sell “First come, first serve” bases.
o Please look over items carefully: ALL ITEMS SOLD "AS IS", ALL SALES FINAL - NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES (NO EXCEPTIONS)!!!
o We prefer cash... No checks! Credit/Debit cards will be excepted for purchases over $50.00
o PLEASE do not bring in large purses, backpacks or bags, leave them in your car (They will NOT be permitted).
o PLEASE bring your own open boxes, packing material, truck and movers. Unfortunately, we cannot help with heavy items. Items purchased must be
removed before the end of the sale.
o PLEASE be careful, especially if you have children (keep them with you) NO strollers. NO pets allowed. Sorry, for security reasons NO restroom.
o HOUSE IS NOT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE - PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT YOU ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE HOMEOWNERS AND/OR THE

1st Phase......Attention re-sellers, party planners, wedding coordinators, entertainers, cooks and collectors!!!! The Home Unique Estate Sale Services is hosting this sale for a sweet lady who has had a shopping problem. For years she has been purchasing things on Amazon, home shopping channel, malls, high-end department stores, outlet stores, home goods etc. Her home is packed with brand new things in boxes, like new and vintage items. We will be selling a lot of name brand and designer merchandise. You would think we were closing a department store…… literally!!!
Unfortunately, we can only let in 25 people at a time due to tight spaces and so much to see (probably at least for the first 2 hours of our sale) You will have to wait so PLEASE BE PATIENT! Tickets will be passed out half an hour early. Thanks in advance for your understanding.
As things sell, we will be bringing in things from storage daily. There is so much that we have to do the sale in two phases. The first weekend of our sale will be all of the downstairs and garage and the following weekend will be the entire home including upstairs and what new things we bring in from storage. Our client is moving out of the country so you are lucky to get some amazing deals ....... Everything MUST GO!
The home is still occupied and is alarmed.... Please DO NOT bother my clients early!!
