Please take a moment to review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience:

1. Arrival and Entry

-Doors will open at the published start time—not before.
-Numbered entry tickets will be provided by our staff approximately one hour before the sale begins.
-Parking is sparse in neighborhood, please park on street outside of the neighborhood and follow signs to the estates sale.
-We do not honor any written sign-up lists.

2. Before You Shop

-We do not provide pricing information before the sale.
-We only presell large furniture or other items listed under the "available for presale" section of photos.
-Please do not bring food or drinks into the house.
-Be respectful and do not leave trash on the porch or around the property.
-Only service dogs allowed.

3. While You Shop

-If you pick up an item and later decide not to buy it, please return it to its original location or give it to an employee.
-If you break or damage an item, you are responsible for its full cost.
-Only our staff may place "sold" stickers on items. If you wish to purchase something, please ask an associate for assistance. Once marked as sold, you are expected to buy the item.
-Please do not gather or "hoard" items while you decide. Holding items without the intent to purchase removes them from the sale and may prevent others from buying.

4. Payment

-All items are sold as is. There are no refunds or returns.
-Please examine all items carefully before purchasing.
-We do not guarantee that electronic items are in working order—please test them in advance.
-Prices are firm on the first day of the sale. Discounts may be offered on subsequent days.
-We accept cash and credit cards with proper ID.

5. Item Pickup

-Buyers are responsible for removing large items no later than two hours before closing on the final day of the sale, unless prior arrangements have been made.
-Please bring your own help for loading, as staff can not assist with moving large items.

6. General Conduct

-Theft will not be tolerated. Anyone caught stealing will be reported to the police.
