All items are offered as is and are available on a "first come, first served" basis.
Email inquiries are welcome. More information can be shared on specific items of interest. Interest levels can be communicated. However, there will not be explicit presales.
Due to the small collection and space of this sale – only five customers will be allowed in at any given time. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
First full price offer will guarantee sale. Other best lower offers are encouraged at the end of first day or on subsequent days. It is intended for this to be a closeout sale.
Updates on item availability and pricing will be made by 5PM the evening before each subsequent sale day. Items which have been sold will be marked as such for your information. Please check the website daily. Monday's sale will take place only if necessary.
We do not do overnight holds, exchanges, returns, or refunds. You must pay at the time of the sale. Please consider a transportation plan for items purchased, as several of these are large. Please bring a friend for pickup if purchasing a large item as no movers will be available.
Please Note - all items are the private property of the family and may be withdrawn from the sale at any time.
Observe all signage that restricts access to areas of the family’s home or property. Failure to adhere to access restrictions, barrier fencing and the privacy of the family will result in removal of a participant from the sale event. Our estate sale offers a focused collection of mid-century furniture, accessories, art, and period electronics. These interesting and beautiful items are from the estate of a mid-century collector and patron of the arts. She and her husband selected pieces throughout the 1950s, 1960s and 1970s. This small unique set of mostly furniture will be shown in the living room of the family’s mid-century ranch home in a lovely neighborhood.
