Estate Sale Terms and Conditions

PLEASE READ IN ITS ENTIRETY!

Payment:
All sales are cash-only. No checks or credit cards will be accepted.
Exact change is appreciated, and large bills may not be accepted for small purchases.

Items Sold "As Is":
All items are sold in their current condition. No warranties or guarantees are provided. Buyers are encouraged to inspect items thoroughly before purchasing.
All Sales Are Final:
No refunds or exchanges will be granted. Buyers are responsible for checking the condition of items and ensuring they are in working order before purchase.

No Early Sales or Previews:
Items will not be sold before the designated sale start time. No previews or presales are allowed.
Holding Items:
We do not hold or reserve items for buyers. If you want to purchase an item, you must be prepared to pay for it immediately.

Large Item Removal:
Buyers are responsible for arranging the removal of large or heavy items. Please bring help to load large items; estate sale staff may not be able to assist with heavy lifting.

Security Measures:
We reserve the right to inspect bags and backpacks at the entrance and exit to prevent theft.
Children and Pets:
For safety reasons, we request that children and pets be left at home or supervised at all times.

Parking and Traffic Control:
Please park in designated areas and follow all parking regulations. Traffic flow within the estate sale premises must be observed to ensure safety.
DO NOT BLOCK OTHER RESIDENTS’ DRIVEWAYS.

Disruptive Behavior:
Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the premises.
No Price Negotiations in Advance:
We do not negotiate prices before the sale.
Respect the Property:
Please be respectful of the estate and its contents. Do not smoke, eat, or drink inside the premises unless explicitly allowed.
Liability:
The property owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss or damage to personal property.
Entry and Exit:
Entrance and exit will be through designated areas only.
Sales Staff Assistance:
Estate sale staff will be available to answer questions and provide assistance as needed.
By attending the estate sale, buyers agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these rules may result in removal from the sale and future restrictions from attending future sales conducted by the same company or individual.
